The BauSeal SL-44 is a hybrid, elastic membrane waterproofing for terraces, of new technology and without solvents. It has high resistance to moisture, UV radiation and low temperatures. The surfaces to be coated with the BauSeal SL-44, due to the high whiteness of the product, reflect the solar radiation, thus limiting the transmission of heat inside the buildings. Suitable for asphalt film coating with or without mosaic. It has great elasticity and is suitable for surfaces that have contractions–expansions and vibrations.

It is applied to concrete, plaster, aerated concrete and other common beddings, cement-based or ceramic. The surface to be coated with the BauSeal SL-44 is absolutely waterproof.
